An internet based service that provides you access to your bank accounts; and enables you to conduct transactions from your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Personalise your display :
This feature allows you to personalise your display to your liking with the use of either cascading windows or classic view.
** Cascading windows – Customise your view by opening multiple windows, and placing them anywhere on the screen by a simple drag and drop. BSP Online Banking will save your last display settings for the next time you log in.
** Classic view – Provides you with the conventional, single-screen view.
Features
** Security – Allows you to customise your user name and change your password at any time; and automatically logs you out after a period of inactivity.
** Cascading Windows – Open multiple windows and place windows where you want by a simple drag and drop. This feature allows you to personalise the display to your liking.
** Secure Mail (Messages) – Allows you to send and receive secure messages to and from our Customer Service team. Use it the same way you would use your regular email account with the peace of mind that any financial content is completely secure and confidential.
** Schedule Payments – You can make a payment now or set up a payment to happen later. The choice is yours. All you need to do is select a start date, the frequency and an end date. In addition, you can schedule loan repayments and credit card repayments.
** Account Access – You can access any of your transactional linked accounts, your loan accounts or your linked credit card.
** Transactions – Allows you to view account balances, print and download your transaction history into usable formats.
** BillPay – Allows you to make bill payments from either your account or your linked credit card account.
** Personal Billers – Allows you to maintain your personal biller list for future Billpay transactions.
** Transfer Money – Allows you to transfer money between your linked accounts, to other BSP accounts and also to accounts in other banks.
** Session History – A feature that allows you to view the actions you performed in your last ten sessions.
How to apply
1. Obtain an application.
a. At any one of our BSP branches or
b. Download from our website
2. Complete and submit at your nearest BSP branch.
3. Allow for registration processing, then contact our Customer Care Centre on 132 888 to acquire your Password.
4. You are now ready to access BSP Online Personal Banking.

1. Can I access this facility abroad?
Yes you can access this facility abroad as it is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
2. What should I do after logging in?
Once you have logged in with the default password, kindly change your password.
Your password must be alphanumeric and should include :
** At least eight (8) characters long but not more than fifteen (15)
** Contain at least one number (0-9) and at least one letter (A-Z or a-z)
3. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Please call our Customer Care on 132 888 or (679) 3214 300 and they will assist you in providing a new password.
4. Can I Transfer funds to my overseas account?
BSP Online Personal Banking allows transfer of funds between your BSP linked accounts and to accounts in other banks in Fiji.
5. What is OTP?
OTP – One Time Passcode is a secure password that allows customer to authenticate transactions (external) from the Internet Banking platform.
This registration is only done at our BSP Branches. The Passcode is valid for only one login session or transaction and is sent via SMS to the customer’s registered mobile phone with BSP SMS Banking and this also applies to customers living abroad.
This security feature has been implemented to avoid unauthorised registration of ‘New Payee’ on customer Internet Banking access. SMS OTP allows the customer to authorise a New Payee when receiving the Passcode on their mobiles.
