Report a workplace safety and health (WSH) issue whenever you see one. SnapSAFE is a free mobile application from MOM that lets you snap and send a photo of unsafe acts.

What is SnapSAFE

SnapSAFE will drive community and industry ownership in managing workplace safety and health issues. You can take charge of your own company’s safety.

You can look forward to a whole new experience :
1. Public Reporting : Enhanced and improved feature that will make reporting simpler and faster now. Just snap and post!
2. Corporate Reporting : New app function for in-house WSH reporting and better management of WSH issues in a company.

Please note that there is a scheduled maintenance for CorpPass service on 17 December 2017 from 12am to 4am. SnapSAFE is still accessible during this period but you will not be able to register your company using the CorpPass service.

SnapSAFE is a mobile application developed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). It aims to encourage the industry’s ownership of workplace safety and health.

Anyone can use SnapSAFE to report WSH issues. It comprises of
** a public reporting function where you can send WSH reports to MOM;
** a corporate reporting function where companies can facilitate WSH reports internally.

For Public Reporting

Using SnapSAFE, members of the public can report WSH issues to MOM. They will now be able to receive updates on the reports that they made and are notified when a WSH issue has been rectified.

For Corporate Reporting

Companies can now make use of this new feature to manage and resolve WSH issues at their workplaces. Reports made can be assigned quickly to employees for their actions.

There’s also a dashboard to review status of WSH issues. Below is an example of the flow of a corporate report. Enforcement actions will not be taken for reports submitted through the corporate reporting function.

How to Register

Register with your mobile number. Key in 4 digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number.

Register your company :
Companies will need a representative to register with the company’s Unique Entity Number (UEN) and CorpPass ID through the mobile application.

Subsequently, the company representative can invite employees to join the company account. Invited employees will receive an application notification or an SMS if they have not registered for the application.

User Provided Information

The Application collects the information you provide when you download and register the Application.

Registration with a name and mobile phone number is mandatory in order to use the all features of the Application, while registration with your corporate identification (CorpID) and Unique Entity Number (UEN) is required in order to use the corporate module function of the Application).

How We Use Information

Data and information collected from use of the Application by the user is periodically transmitted to the Government and Tripartite Alliance Limited (“TAL”) c/o Workplace Safety and Health Council Office (“WSHC Office”) for our use or assessment on whether workplace safety and health issues exist, to take any enforcement action (only in respect of data and information collected from use of the Application’s public module by the user), to follow up on any information provided by the user, to obtain more information regarding a submitted report, and to help us improve the Application and our service.
