ROM Retrieve Summary of Notice of Marriage
This function is applicable only to those who have successfully filed a notice of marriage online.

This form takes approximately 2 minutes to fill. Please prepare the following :
** Groom’s and Bride’s identity details
** Date booked for solemnization
3 pieces of information are required to retrieve the summary of notice of marriage :
(i) Male Applicant’s NRIC No. / Passport No.
(ii) Female Applicant’s NRIC No. / Passport No.; AND
(iii) Notice Number OR Solemnization Date Booked.

Complimentary Service
This service is complimentary. Searches can be done only through the Internet. No other mode of application for Search for Marriage Application will be entertained.
Applicability
This service allows you to search for marriage notices filed.
List of Marriage Applicants
The list of applicants who have filed a notice of marriage will be displayed up to 3 months or until ROM issues the marriage licence.
Search Criteria
If the party you are searching for is a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident, enter the names and/or NRIC (Identity Card) numbers registered with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority.
If the party you are searching for is a foreigner, enter only the names and/or passport numbers as appear on their passports. A search will be made using the exact information provided.
Search Outcome
When no record is found, this means that there is no record of a marriage application which matches your search criteria. ROM shall not entertain any enquiries or be responsible for any failure(s) in the searches.
Change Appointment Date for Verification Document
Applicability
This service allows for couples to request for change of appointment date for verification document and statutory declaration (VD/SD). This e-change service is only applicable for active notices of marriage (i.e. Notice before expiry date).
General Information
a. VD/SD appointments are allocated so as to allow a marriage licence to be issued within a legal time frame and the solemnization to proceed as planned.
b. Any request for change of the allocated date should be for exigency reasons. Hence, the dates available for such change are limited.
c. Changes will have to be made at least 2 days before the appointment date.
d. Please plan your changes to your appointment date carefully as you will be able to request for such change no more than 3 times.
How to Request for Change of Appointment Date for VD/SD
Request for change of appointment date for VD/SD can be done only through the Internet or at the kiosks located at ROM (Assistance is available to persons using these kiosks). No other mode of request to change appointment date for VD/SD will be entertained.
Available Dates for Change of Appointment
The Appointment dates selected must be a date after the minimum notice period of 21 days (i.e. at least 21 days after the date notice of marriage is filed).

Following the request to change appointment date for VDSD, please print the receipt and follow the instructions given.
