Conditions & Requirements
** Suppliers other than pharmaceutical companies shall register in the Ministry of Finance at first.
** Companies duly registered in the State and complied with the provisions of Federal Law No. (8) of 1984 concerning commercial companies and its amendments stated that (the owner of the company is a UAE national or shares the company’s property not less than 51% of the capital and more), or any other legislation replacing the said law.
** the Registration is allowed for the branches of foreign companies registered in the free zones of the State provided that the branch is duly registered in the State outside these areas.
** Foreign companies belonging to the countries that have signed the free trade agreements with the UAE according to Ministerial act no. (278) of 2009.
** Federal government bodies and institutions are exempt from paying the fees of registration and purchase of tender documents.
** SME companies are exempt from paying registration fees for the first two years from the date of incorporation.
** out-of-state Suppliers are exempted from t Requirements of the payment and citizenship.
** Depending on value of tender Fees amount has to be paid along Submitting Bank grantee
