MOH Medical License
Which include services of facilities inquiries and licensed persons. These services enable the search of medical licenses of facilities, personnel and their information.

Medical Licenses for Health Facilities
This service allows licenses holders of facilities to view the license’s information. The user shall enter the license number to view its information.
Here are the details of the service :
1. This service is available without a login name and password.
2. The user enters the license number and, if any, the following information will appear :
** Region.
** City.
** Province
** Type of facility.
** Specialization.
** Name of facility.
** Address.
** Phone.
** Fax.
** Date of the license.
** Status of the license :
i. If the license is not valid, the cause and date of its non-validity will be shown.
ii. If the license is canceled, the cause and date of its cancelation will be shown.
Manpower Licensed for a Health Enterprise
This service allows health facilities to inquire about licensed Individuals, where the user must enter the following information to see if there are any infringement
** Health facility license number :
i. If the license number is correct, an additional field will show as “type of confirmation”, asking the user to enter the confirmation number. If the information entered by the user is correct, the names of the licensed individuals in the facility will appear in an alphabetical order.
** Type of license :
i. The user can choose from a drop-down list showing the license status of the individuals who will appear in the search results. As in the following
** Number of professional license.
** Person’s name.
** Job Title.
** Status of the license.
Medical Licenses for Individuals
This service allows individuals with medical licenses to view the license’s information. The user shall enter the license number to view its information.
Here are the details of the service :
1. This service is available without a login name and password.
2. The user enters the license number to show the following information :
** Region.
** City.
** Name.
** Nationality.
** Name of facility.
** Date of the license.
** Status of the license.
** Renewal date.
Inquiry about Travel Ban
This service allows personnel in health facilities to inquire about their capability of traveling outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or not ,through their information in the medical licenses system in the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia.
This can be done by entering :
** Number of professional license (required).
** Number for the ban letter.
** Date of the ban.
The user must enter the number or date of the ban along with the number of professional license, If the information entered by the user is correct, the following information will appear :
** Region.
** City.
** Type of institution.
** Type of specialization.
** Institution.
** Person’s name.
** Number for the ban letter.
** Date of the ban.
** Expiration date of the ban.
** Reasons for the ban.
** Notes.
Inquiry about Prevention of Professional Practices
This service allows personnel in health facilities to inquire about their capability of practicing their profession, through their information in the medical licenses system in the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia.
This can be done by entering :
** Number of professional license (required).
** Number for the ban letter.
** Date of the ban.
The user must enter the number or date of the ban along with the number of professional license, If the information entered by the user is correct, the following information will appear :
** Region.
** City.
** Type of institution.
** Type of specialization.
** Institution.
** Person’s name.
** Number for the ban letter.
** Date of the ban.
** Expiration date of the ban.
** Reasons for the ban.
** Notes.
Medical licenses Infringement
This service allows health facilities to inquire about the infringements that have been taken against them by the staff of the Ministry of Health. Users must enter the following information to view the infringements
1. Health facility license number :
If the license number is correct, an additional field will show as “type of confirmation”, asking the user to enter the confirmation number. If the information entered by the user is correct, all the infringements will be listed from the newest to oldest.
2. Number of the infringement :
Entering the infringement number shows information about the certain infringement.
The information are :
1. Region.
2. Number of the record.
3. Date of the record.
4. Number of violators.
5. Infringement issuance authority.
6. Value of the infringement set by the infringements committee.
7. Value of the infringement after the appealing.
8. Violators :
i. Type of Infringement (each type may have more than one Infringement).
** Infringement number.
** Proven (yes – no).
** Paid (yes – no). Name of the violator .
** Description of the violator.
