DCAA Landing Permission
This service enables airlines/Operators to operate all types of non-schedule, ad-hoc flights and to land at Dubai International (DXB/OMDB) and/or Al Maktoum International at Dubai South (DWC/OMDW).

This services requires all commercial and non-commercial operations, which an aircraft operation involving the transport of passengers, cargo or mail for remuneration and for the private/business or other types of operations such as ferry /positioning flight, technical landing etc… ( Available to airlines / operators and private operators.)

Pre-Requisites
(The following information is required to obtain this service)
The Operator should hold a proper Air Operator Certificate with the specification of operations from a state regulator. Slot clearance from ACL required.

Registration for first time customer Login and select services Fill in information Pay online (e-Government) Submit application Receive Application Online – DCAA Assess, Review & Evaluate application by DCAA Approve, Reject or Need more info – DCAA Download approved permission copy – DCAA Download and print – Customer
Delivery Time
30 minutes for non-commercial operations and 5 working days for commercial operations with the condition that all documents are complete and valid upon submission.
