Philippine Passport Extension
Step 1 : Renew your passport first. (See Item I.) Extension of passports will only be done after you have processed your passport renewal.

Step 2 : Prepare the following requirements:
** Original passport;
** One (1) photocopy of the passport data page;
** One (1) pc. 2” x 2” picture;
** Duly accomplished Passport Extension Form; The form is available at https://abudhabipe.dfa.gov.ph/ or from our doorman before entering the Consular Section. Remember to completely fill out / accomplish the Application for Passport Extension form;
** Passport extension fee of 80 AED.
Step 3 : Proceed to the reception desk located beside the stairs to the upper floor and submit your filled out passport extension form.
Step 4 : Pay the passport extension fee at the cashier inside the Consular Section, for the extension of your passport.
Step 5 : Claim your extended passport.

Replacement Of Lost / Mutilated / Damaged Passport :
STEP 1 : Prepare the following requirements
** Duly accomplished ePassport application form.
** Original and one (1) copy of the Report of Loss from the UAE Immigration Office, duly stamped by the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, with English translation. (Make sure that the passport number and the name of the passport owner are stated in the report.)
** One (1) photocopy of the lost passport, if available;
** Birth Certificated in Security Paper issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), duly authenticated by the DFA.
** For married woman, Marriage Certificate in Security Paper of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) duly authenticated by the DFA.
** Original Affidavit of Loss filed at the Embassy. The fee for an affidavit is 100 AED; Note: Verification will be made with the place of issuance of your lost passport. The fee for this is 80 AED. This will take 2 weeks.
** Passport fee for lost ePassport is AED 600.00.
** Passport fee for lost MRRPs (green passports) and MRPs (maroon passports) is AED 360.00.
** Please take note that there will be a15-day clearing periodprior to the processing of application for replacement of a lost valid passport.
Additional Requirements :
In case passport was already declared lost by the applicant but eventually was found and returned to him/her within the 15-day clearing period
** Submit Notarized Affidavit of Retrieval (with detailed explanation on when, where and how passport was found)
** Original and photocopy of data page and last page of passport
In case of mutilated or damaged passports :
** Submit Notarized Affidavit of Mutilation (with detailed explanation on when, where and how passport got mutilated or damaged)
** Original and photocopy of first and last page of mutilated or damaged passport
