The Financial reports should be submitted to Company Affairs directorate located in Bait altejjar building “Sanabis”
What types of companies are obliged to file audited financial reports?
Bahrain joint stock companies public and closed, With Limited Liability Company, single person company.
What are the formal requirements for the acceptance of financial reports?
1. The financial report to be issued by the Audit firm licensed by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism
2. Prepared in accordance with international standards for the preparation and presentation of financial statements
3. Contain the opinion of the auditor
4. Stamped by the office issuing the reportor or signed by an accredited auditor registered with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism
5. Signed by the chairman and another member or managers, accept the signature of one person in the case of one-person companies.
6. Includes the name of the company and business registration number and date of issuance of the report and the company’s fiscal year
7. Be a certified report by the auditor and not the draft.
