We would like to inform you that the “User Sign In” Section has been activated in CSB Portal.

Now, through the CSB Portal you can find the following :
** Pass actions through the Management Information System of Human Resources.
** Accessing the scanning system.
** Submission of leaves and Performance Appraisal through self-service Management Information System of the Human Resources. (Horison)
** Access to your Pay Slip up to three past years.
** Access to guide reports of the Management Information System of Human Resources.
** Access to e-Government Services.

Procedure :
Kindly, follow steps below in order to activate the access key to Portal.

In case of forgetting your password in the future, you can follow these steps to reset your password without the need to refer to the Technical Support Office of the CSB :
1.Enter the  below link to request a reset to your password
2.Enter your e-mail (e.g. username AT msrc.gov.bh) and click on send.
Note :
Please make sure to enter your e-mail in small letters (Small Caps).
3.An e-mail will be sent to your ministry owned email as follows :
4.Please click on the link that you will find in the e-mail.
5.Please enter a new password in English letters in addition to digits.
Note :
Make sure that your password is in English letters in addition to digits.The password must not be less than 8 letters. Please choose a new password that has not been used in the Management Information System of Human Resources before (Horison).
6.After resetting your password, go to the Home Page of the Portal and enter your CPR and the new password in the User Sign-In section.
Or through the home page (User Sign-In) link.
Now, enter your CPR and your password.

FAQs :
How can I make a complaint?
After filling the electronic form for complaints, it will be received by the Public Relations Directorate, which will send it to the concerned department for action.

How can I follow up the complaint?
You will be given a reference number of complaints submitted, so you can follow through service to inquire about complaints.

What is the expected period to respond to complaints?
The response of the complaint is received within a maximum period of three working days.

If no response is received on the compalint, which department is responsible for follow-up?
If no response received on the compalint, please contact Media Relations Section in Public and International Relations Directorate , during the official working hours, from 7:a.m. to 2:15 p.m., Sunday to Thursday, Tel: 17286091, Fax: 17286691.
