Offences Removal :
Through this service, employers can submit a request for removing an offence placed on their establishments by LMRA.

Process Description :
Visit the Client Services Counter at LMRA and submit the supporting documents to remove the offence.
Required Documents :
For the following offences, please submit the documents in the table below :
** The establishment does not exist
** Lack of cooperation with the inspection team
** The establishment did not provide the data of the work premises
** The employed number of expatriates does not match with the approved and registered number
** The establishment exist, but not equipped to start the activity
** The establishment was closed at the time of the inspection and there was no response to the inspection notification
** The establishment is in the process of completing the required terms for the premises equipment
** Preforming an activity for which the establishment has not been licensed for
Required Document :
** Commercial Register (Copy)
** Recent Electricity bill, or the paid amount in case of a notification of disconnecting the electricity was already sent (Copy)
** Valid lease contract or ownership deed, in case the premise is owned by the establishment (Copy)
** Photos of the establishment premises from inside and outside (Copy)
** Personal ID card of the employer or his representative (Copy)
** Work load justification for companies and enterprises (Copy)
** Bank statement of the establishment for the last 6 months (Copy)
** Employees labour contracts (Copy)
** Employees salary payment for the last 3 months (Copy)
For the “Work load verification” offence, all the above mentioned documents should be submitted in addition to the following documents :
** Detailed insurance log of the employees registered with the establishment (Copy)
** Personal ID card of the employees (Copy)
In case the offence is “the establishment was closed at the time of the inspection”, the employee should submit the following documents :
** Commercial Register (Copy)
** Recent Electricity bill, or the paid amount in case of a notification of disconnecting the electricity was already sent (Copy)
** Photos of the establishment premises from inside and outside (Copy)
Note :
In case the offence is “Lack of conformity with the terms and conditions of the issued licence”, the employer or the authorised person (with power of attorney certified by the court) should visit the front offices for the inspection department.
