Expatriate Employee Grievances :
Through this service, employees who have been reported absent without justifiable grounds can submit a letter to LMRA to dispute the absence report and clear their status.

Process Description :
Visit the Client Services Counter al LMRA and submit a letter along with the required documents to dispute the absence report and clear your status.
Required Documents :
** Letter from the employee to dispute the absence report and clear his status (Original)
** Employee ID card, if available (Copy)
** Documents proving that the employee was not absent or absent for justifiable reasons (such as resignation letter, attendance sheet, salary statement…) (Copy)
** Absence report, if available (Copy)
** Employee passport and residence (Copy)
Special Conditions :
The grievances applications will not be accepted if it has been more than 2 years and 30 days from the labour contract issuance.
