Request For Industrial Land Allocation :
Investors of authorized industrial projects may apply to build their sites on industrial zones. Applicants should submit a request for industrial land allocation through the Ministry of Energy and Industry.

Application Process :
Follow these steps to request for industrial land allocation :
** Fill out the application form.
** Provide all required documents, including a valid Industrial License, project blueprints, etc.
** Submit the application to the Licensing and Industrial Control Section at the Ministry of Energy and Industry’s Department of Industrial Estate.

Land Insurance :
The investor is responsible for insuring the land once it is approved for allocation. This final step must be completed within two weeks of receiving the Certificate of Industrial Land Allocation.
