Owners of industrial projects who wish to complete a merger or two or more projects are required to submit an application to the Ministry of Energy and Industry.

Follow these steps to apply for merger approval :
** Fill out the application form. The applicant must sign and stamp every page.
** Provide all required documents, including copies of IDs from the applicant and all partners involved.
** Submit the application to the Licensing and Industrial Control Section at the Ministry of Energy and Industry’s Department of Industrial Development.
