This service enables individual to complete the registration of ( GCC ) newborn in Kuwait

Eligibility or Criteria :
** presence of legal guardian ( or ) legal representative
** Or use paci express machines
** 20KD Fine will be collected after 60 days from date of birth)
Required Documents :
** Original password and a copy of it
** original Kuwaiti birth certificate and a copy of it
** Blood type
** Service envelope
Procedures :
** Visit PACI head office – south surra – 1st floor – citizens and GCC registration office – working hours 8am to 1pm
