Apply For New Food Ration Cards For Kuwaiti Citizens :
This service allows citizens to issue food ration cards
Eligibility or Criteria :
The card owner must attend in person and sign the issuance card
Required Documents :
** Original civil IDs of all the family members (males and s), for residence and identity proofing
** Original passport with a valid residence for servants
** Servant’s passport, in case of adding a new servant to the food ration card
Procedures :
** Visit the Supply Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and submit the required documents
** Fill the service application form
