The Ministry of Interior will send a free SMS for a successful subscription:
1 . A message for Passport Expiry (For Kuwaiti) Or A message for Residency Expiry(For Expats).
2. A message for traffic violations if found any (40 Fils).
Note :
No SMS will be sent if you failed to activate your subscription
The Service messages are of 2 types :-
1.Reminders :
The messages will be sent to the subscribers before the expiry of any MoI related documents
Eg : Residency,License,Car Registration,etc.
2.Alerts :
The messages will be sent to the subscribers upon expiry of any MoI related documents and upon entry of any traffic violations.
Eg : Driving License, Traffic violations,etc.
Note :
Please note that although we do our best to deliver the messages on time, due to some unavoidable circumstances that may arise, some messages could be delayed or undelivered.

Terms and conditions :
** The subscription fee is 1KD.
** 40 Fils for each message.
** A 4 digit activation code will be sent to your mobile, Please enter it to activate your subscription.
Documents required to issue a citizenship certificate for Kuwaitis who reached the legal age (18) years old :
** Birth certificate copy of the applicant.
** Last school degree
** Civil ID copy of the applicant.
** Recent (6) photographs 4×6 (blue background).
** Passport copy of the applicant.
** Citizenship copy of the father.
** Marriage certificate of the father.
** Father attends personally or applicant.
** In case if father deceased provide (inventory inheritance, to whom it may concern** letter from the Minors Affairs, and personal identification of the guardian).
** Fee of (1) KD.
Adding a Kuwaiti spouse into her husband citizenship file :
** Marriage certificate.
** A copy of the husband citizenship certificate.
** A copy of the wife citizenship certificate.
Deleting a spouse from the husband file :
** Recent divorce certificate.
** Civil ID copy.
Removing a deceased person from the citizenship file :
** Death certificate.
** Original citizenship certificate of the deceased person.
** Original passport of the deceased person
Documents required to issue a substitute lost or substitute damaged citizenship certificate :
** Personal attendance of the applicant.
** A request letter presented by the applicant.
** Present the original civil ID and a copy of it, if necessary present a copy of the citizenship certificate.
** (6) photographs 4×6 (blue background).
** Substitute lost fee (5) KD.
** Substitute damaged fee (1) KD and bring in the damaged citizenship certificate.
