Learner’s Public Driving License For Kuwaiti Citizens :

This service allows Kuwaiti applicants to issue learner’s public driving licenses,- pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof.

Eligibility or Criteria :
The applicant must be a Kuwaiti citizen who reached (21) years old

Required Documents :
** Blood type certificate
** Copy of the passport
** Original civil ID and a copy
** Two (2) personal photos (4 × 6 cm) with blue background

Procedures :
** Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents.
** Fill the service application form
** Have the medical check-up
** Pay the fees due

Learner’s Public Driving License For Non-Kuwaiti Citizens :
This service allows non-Kuwaiti applicants to issue learner’s public driving license- , pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof

Eligibility or Criteria :
** The Provisions of the Ministerial Decree No. (1729** 2005) must be met
** The applicant must submit the public vehicle license in the sponsor’s name

Required Documents :
** Public vehicle license in the sponsor’s name
** Blood type certificate

Procedures :
** Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents
** Fill the service application form
** Have the medical check-up
** Pay the fees due
