This service allows Kuwaiti citizens to issue learner’s private driving license, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof

Eligibility or Criteria :
The applicant must be a Kuwaiti citizen who reached (18) years old
Required Documents :
** Blood type certificate
** Civil ID and a copy
** Copy of passport
** Two (2) personal photos (4 × 6 cm) with blue background
Procedures :
** Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents.
** Fill the service application form
** Have the medical checkup.
** Pay the fees due
