Learner’s Private Driving License For Gulf Cooperation Council Citizens :
This service allows citizens from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states to issue learner’s private driving licenses, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof.

Eligibility or Criteria :
The applicant must be a citizen of GCC states who reached (18) years old
Required Documents :
** Original civil ID and a copy
** Copy of the passport
** Blood type certificate
** Two (2) personal photos (4 × 6 cm) with blue background
Procedures :
** Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents.
** Fill the service application form
** Have the medical check-up
** Pay the fees due
** Obtain the stamp of Coordination and Follow-up Department
