Private Driving License :
This service allows applicants to have the theoretical and practical tests required for obtaining a public driving license, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof

Eligibility or Criteria :
** The applicant must have a valid learner’s private driving license
** The applicant must pass the theoretical and practical tests required to obtain the private driving license
Required Documents :
Valid learner’s private driving license
Procedures :
** Have the theoretical and practical tests on the date scheduled by any of the Driving Test Sections located in the governorates or by any of Kuwait Motoring Company schools
** Pay the fees due
** After successfully passing the test, visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the results to obtain your driving license
Public Driving License :
This service allows applicants to have the theoretical and practical tests required for obtaining a public driving license, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof
