Public Driving License :
This service allows Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti applicants to issue public driving licenses, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof.

Eligibility or Criteria :
The applicant must submit a public vehicle license in the sponsor’s name, if the applicant is not a Kuwaiti citizen
Required Documents :
** Kuwaiti private driving license
** Valid public driving license issued from the applicant’s home country
** Public vehicle license in the sponsor’s name
** Blood type certificate
Procedures :
** Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents
** Fill the service application form
** Have the medical check-up
** Pay the fees due
