Steps to follow to request the service :
A-Process steps :
** The Customer fills the Application for a Service form and returns it to the Customer Service Department in the area or apply online
** An inspector will visits and records the last reading from the customer premises
** The Company will contact the Customer to pay the bill associated with the last reading
** After presenting the Payment Receipt, the Customer Service Officer will direct the Meter Contracting company to take the meter out and connect a new service cable
