Steps to follow to request the service :
a)Process steps :
** The Customer fills the Application for a Service form and returns it to the Customer Services Department in the area or apply online
** An inspector will visits and records the last reading from the customer premises
** The Company will contact the Customer to pay the bill associated with the last reading
** After presenting the Payment Receipt, the Customer Service Officer will send the request to Billing and Collection Contractor
b)List all forms/applications that need to be completed to apply for the service :
