Filing Flight Plan Online :

Filing your flight plan via the internet is easy, just click on the button. Your flight plan is sent to the Dutch Flight Service Centre, which will send your message to the appropriate agencies.

Attention :
Flight plans may be filed for operational purposes only. It is not permitted to file flight plans for test or flightsim purposes. Your registration will be checked for this.

How to Register :
Step 1 (open screen) :
At the Home page from the Home menu. select the Register now screen.

Step 2 (define user information) :
Enter the necessary information in the available fields The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

E-mail Address :
This e-mail address can be used to receive e-mail notifications.

Date of birth :
Use the calendar (pick date icon) or enter the date manually.
Format = 01-Jan-1990.

Mobile Phone Number :
This mobile phone number can be used to receive SMS notifications.
Use the international format +31612345678 or 0031612345678.

Date of issue :
Use the calendar (pick date icon) or enter the date manually.
Format = 01-Jan-1990.

Before submitting the Registration Form confirm that the Terms and Conditions are read by selecting the corresponding box at the bottom of the mask.

Step 3 (submit registration form) :
After submission of the Registration Form an e-mail will be sent to the provided e-mail address, indicating that the Registration is pending approval. At this moment it is (still) not possible to use the website with the provided details.

Next the Registration will be checked by the FSC.

Acceptance :
When the Registration is approved an e-mail will be sent indicating that the Registration is granted.
From that moment on it is possible to use the website with the provided details.
Also an SMS will be sent to the provided mobile phone number with instructions on how to activate the SMS notification service.

Rejection :
When the Registration is rejected an e-mail will be sent indicating that the Registration is not granted (locked).
In that case contact the FSC to check the reason of the rejection.

Reset Password :
You can use the Reset password functionality if you have forgotten your password. Follow the steps described below.

Step 1 (open screen) :
At the Home page from the Home menu, select the Reset password screen.

Step 2 (define user identity) :
Fill in your user name, e-mail address and the captcha code in the mask

Step 3 (submit reset password form) :
Click on the Submit button. A randomly created password will be set for your account. You will receive an e-mail containing the new password.

Step 3 (login) :
Use the password sent to you via e-mail for your next login. After login the Change password screen is opened.

Attention :
In the Old Password field fill the password that was received by e-mail.
After changing the password you need to login with the new one.
