How Do I Register?

Steps :
Step 1 : Visit www.mybsn.com.my.
Step 2 : Click on First Time Registration.

Step 3 : Read and accept Terms and Conditions.

Step 4 : Enter Debit / Credit Card Number, PIN (Debit Card Only), Expiry Month and CVV2.
Step 5 : Enter New IC Number or Old IC Number or Passport Number.

Step 6 : Input new User ID and Password and Request OTP.
Step 7 : Key in received OTP and select security image.
Step 8 : Click First Time Login to enter personal update details.

FAQs

1. Do I need to open a new account for Internet banking?
No. You may use your existing account and ATM card number.

2. When can I start using this service?
You may start the moment you’ve successfully registered online at MyBSN.

3. I don’t have a banking account with myBSN. Can I still use this service?
Feel free to surf our pages to find out about our bank, products and services. However, in order to bank online with MyBSN, you’d need to have a Savings Account with an ATM card and ATM PIN and register with myBSN.

4. Can I register a foreign mobile phone number?
As at this moment, we do not open the TAC registration for foreign mobile numbers.

5. What should I do if I forget my Username?
Just call our Customer Service Centre at 1300 88 1900 or +603-2613 1900 (Overseas). We are ready to serve you 24 hours a day.
