EAAB Fidelity Fund Certificate Application

In addition to the Estate Agency Affairs Board’s MyEAAB online registration portal, in an effort to improve the turn-around period for the processing of new applications, our Registrations Department has created an e-mail address specifically for the processing of new applications.

Before sending a Fidelity Fund Certificate application form via e-mail it is however important to read and take note of the procedures to follow.

Procedures for sending applications via e-mail :
Important :
** Only Fidelity Fund Certificate application forms must be sent through this e-mail address. Please do not send any other matter through this e-mail address;
** Each application form with supporting documentation of each individual estate agent must be e-mailed separately through this e-mail address. Do not attach two applications for different estate agents at the same time;

Firm application forms may however, be e-mailed together with the Principal application forms in one e-mail :
** Ensure that Terms and Conditions indicated on the application forms are read and understood before submitting applications;
** Complete all fields accurately and in full;
** Ensure that required documents are attached for each application as indicated in the Terms and Conditions;
** Ensure that the correct EAAB 7 digit reference number is used when making payment;
** For new estate agents, please utilise the agent’s ID number when making payment;
** Ensure that correct payments are made for each estate agent.

Failure to adhere to this request might lead to the delay in processing applications, and the Estate Agency Affairs Board shall not be held responsible for any delays therefore.

Please Note :
** When completing your application form please read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly.
** Application forms must be fully completed.
** Cellphone numbers and e-mail address must be provided.
** All applications must be accompanied by additional documentation where it is requested.
** Incomplete documentation will result in your application being declined.

Fidelity Fund Certificates returned unclaimed from the Post Office :
The Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) has compiled an updated list of fidelity fund certificates that have been returned as unclaimed by estate agents from various Post Office outlets. In this regard, the EAAB has made every effort to ensure that agents are aware of such unclaimed fidelity fund certificates.

If your company name appears on this list, we request that you urgently contact the EAAB to make arrangements to either re-post or to collect your fidelity fund certifcate from our offices.
