Online Tax Type Registration :

1. Introduction :
To register online for a new Tax Type you must already have registered for a :
** Tax Identification Number (TIN)
** Portal User Account

If you do not yet posses these please see the following documents for further information :

2. Login :
Login to GRA Portal :
** Enter your TIN
** Enter your password
** Click Login

3. Submit a Tax Type Registration Form :
3.1 Select the “Tax Type” tab and “Registration” option

3.2 Add relevant Tax Types :
Add relevant Tax Types that you wish to register for, for each fill out the following :
** Tax Type
** EDR (Effective Date of Registration) – NB this is the date from which you should have started paying this tax
** Taxable Turnover

3.3 Click Add

3.4 Details of the newly added Tax Types will be displayed

3.5 Repeat Steps 3.2 to 3.4 for each tax that you wish to register for

3.6 Click “Register” to submit Tax Type Registration Form

3.7 Success Message :
The success message is displayed ” Your request has been received successfully and sent for processing. Thank You”

4.0 Access a Copy of Your Submitted Form

4.1 Select the “Tax Type” tab and “Submission History” option

4.2 Select the “View/Print” to access form
