Online Tax Type Deregistration :

1. Introduction :
To request Tax Type De-registration online you must already have registered for a :
** Tax Identification Number (TIN)
** Portal User Account
** Tax Type

2. Login :
Login to GRA Portal :
** Enter your TIN
** Enter your password
** Click Login

3. Submit a Tax Type De-registration Form :
3.1 Select the “Tax Type” tab and ” De-registration” option

3.2 Fill Out Tax Type De-registration Form :
Select :
** Tax Type
** EDD – Effective Date of De-registration
** Reason

3.3. Click on Submit

3.4 Success Message :
The success message is displayed ” Your request has been received successfully and sent for processing. Thank You”

3.5 Access a Copy of Your Submitted Form

3.6 Select the “Tax Type” tab and “Submission History” option

3.7 Select the “View/Print” to access form
