School Bus Permit :
Issued to operators who will convey school children for hire or reward.

Requirements;
** Copy of the registration book (if available) otherwise prove of financial ability
** Copy of a valid roadworthiness certificate
** Certified copy of ID of applicant

If company copy of certificate of incorporation & shareholder’s certificates

List of students :
Authorization letter from the school administration.

Pay required fee (P100.00 application fee)

Tour operation permit :
Issued to operators who provide transport services to tourists for hire or reward. Please note that this type of permit can only be issued to operators who have been approved by the Department of Tourism and awarded with a TOURIST LICENSE. For further information please contact the Department of Tourism.

** Copy of the registration book (if available) otherwise prove of financial ability
** Copy of a valid roadworthiness certificate
** Certified copy of ID of applicant
** Copy of a valid tourism license

Pay required fee(P100.00 application fee)

If company copy of certificate of incorporation & shareholder’s certificates

Taxi Service permit :
Issued to operators who provide door to door transport services for hire or reward

Requirements:
** Copy of the registration book (if available) otherwise prove of financial ability
** Copy of a valid roadworthiness certificate
** Certified copy of ID of applicant

If company copy of certificate of incorporation & shareholder’s certificates

Pay required fee (P100.00 application fee)

Call Cab permit :
Issued to operators who provide transport services for hire or reward from a defined private place.

Requirements :
** Copy of the registration book (if available) otherwise prove of financial ability
** Copy of a valid roadworthiness certificate
** Certified copy of ID of applicant
** If company copy of certificate of incorporation & shareholder’s certificates
** Copy of BTA Radio communication License
** Minimum of 4 vehicles.
** Should have a physical address
