Activate/ Reset PIN :
Customers can edit their personal information that is stored on the ID card through using the PIN code that consists of four digits. In case the customer’s PIN code is not activated during the registration process, or in case of inserting the PIN code incorrectly for three times consecutively, the card will be suspended.

The customer can also visit the nearest branch of Emirates ID, or any electronic booth, or a registration center to activate the service.
Prerequisites:
There are no Prerequisites to make use of this service and there are no fees for it.
Service Scope:
Emirates ID provides the service of activating or reactivating the PIN code that consists of four digits. Emirates ID allows this service to enable customers to reach the personal information stored on the smart sim in the ID, and hence make use of the services applied on the ID.
Service Eligibility:
All UAE population, i.e. UAE nationals, GCC nationals, expats and residents who have UAE ID cards
Service Level Agreement:
Activating or changing the PIN code will be done immediately.
