Register For DED E-services:
You have to create an account on DED Web Site. Registering in DED enables you to benefit from all DED E-services. That way, you are able to frequently check all the details related to your license.

Being a registered user on DED, then you will benefit from various services like reserving a trade name and carry out different transaction online. If you need to apply for a procedure on existing trade licenses online, you will need to visit DED after having registered to get authorised.
To create an account:
On DED home page, in the Login section, click New User.
The Account Information page displays the following three sections:
** Account Information
** Personal Details
** Supporting Documents
After you are done of adding the required information, click Register.

Manage Password:
Through DED site, users are able to manage their passwords so as to change or retrieve them at any time.
Change Password:
you can change your account password.
The following conditions should be followed while choosing your Password:
** Should be composed of at least 6 characters
** Should not include either your account name or your full name
** It should be a combination of Alphabets, Numbers, and Non-Alphabetic characters (!,@..). Example: abc111$
To change your account password:
** In the left pane of the Business Dashboard page, click Change Password.
** In the Current Password text box, type your currently used password.
** In the New Password text box, type your new password.
** In the Confirm Password text box, re-type your new password for confirmation.
** Click Change Password to save your new password on the system.
Forgot Your Password:
In case you forgot your password, you can use the Forgot Password link in the Login section to retrieve your password.
However, user should provide the following information in order to be able to retrieve the password:
** Account name
** E-mail address
** Edbara Number for Emirates
** Residence Visa Number for non-citizens
To retrieve your password:
** On DED home page, in the Login section, click Forgot Password.
** In the Account Name text box, Type your account name.
** In the E-Mail text box, type your e-mail address.
** In the Edbara/Residence Visa Number text box, type either the Edbara or Residence Visa Number. For U.A.E citizens, enter the Edbara number. Otherwise, enter the Residence Visa number..
** Click Submit.
My Messages:
My Messages page displays your latest messages received. These messages are either …. or promotional. In case the signed in user is an office or representative for the license owner, then he will be able to view all the messages sent for the user he is representing.
My Messages page displays a table including the following details:
** Title
** Subject
** Date
To view the message details:
** Click the message title.
** The whole text of the message and its attachments is displayed.
To reply on the message:
** At the top of the My Messages page, click Create Message.
** In the Title text box, type the message title.
** From the Subject drop-down list, select the entity that will be receiving this message.
** In the Description text box, write the body of the message.
** In the Attachments section, click Choose File to determine the file to be attached with the message, and then click Upload.
** Click Send.
Note:
** There might be a default title for the message based on the entities that user can contact through sending messages.
** Special characters should not be included in the title.
** The entities included in the Subject drop-down list depend on the type of user.
** Attachment size should not exceed 7 MB.
My Profile:
My Profile site displays your personal information that you have previously added during your first-time registration.
The page is divided into the following three sections:
** Account Information
** Personal Details
** Supporting Documents
To view and edit your profile information:
1. In the left pane of the Business Dashboard page, click My Profile. In the Account Information section, appear your account name and type as previously selected during your first-time registration.
2. From the Preferred language list, choose between the English and the Arabic.
3. In the Personal Details section, you can edit all your information except the following:
** The Full English Name
** The Full Arabic Name
** The Edbara Number
** The Nationality
** The Emirates ID number
** In the License Number
4. In the Supporting Documents section, click the linkable document name, and then print it to fill in its sections.
5. To save the information on the system, click Save.
Licenses:
you can view all your issued licenses to follow up and check its statuses.
To view your licenses:
On DED home page, in the e-services section, click My Licenses.
A table is displayed showing the following details:
** Trade Name
** Status
** Trade Name Number
** License Number
** Expiry Date
** Click the trade name to view its related information such as the address, P.O. Box, Telephone, Activities, and license status.
