Child Immunization Status :

Immunizations protect children from preventable illnesses. The Supreme Council of Health offers 12 different vaccines to children, each to be spaced at a defined interval to ensure its effectiveness.

Twelve Vaccines:
The 12 diseases being vaccinated against are:
** Tuberculosis
** Hepatitis B
** Diphtheria
** Pertussis (whooping cough)
** Tetanus
** Haemophilus influenza
** Polio
** Pneumococcal infection
** Measles
** Mumps
** Rubella
** Varcella

Vaccinations are available through health clinics across Qatar.

Parents are responsible for keeping track of the immunization schedule . It’s important not to miss any appointments .

Immunization Status:
Parents can keep track of their child’s immunization status online.

Should you require an immunization certificate for your child’s school or college admission outside the country, please visit the Communicable Disease Control and Vaccine Surveillance Section Counters on the ground floor of the Supreme Council of Health building.

The State of Qatar orders its vaccines only from countries recommended by the World Health Organization.
