Citizens, residents and businesses can use this online service to locate the whereabouts of their sent packages, mail or Mumtaz Post (EMS) items.

A barcode system is used to identify and track each piece of mail. This number can be found on the receipt you received when you sent your item.

Application Process:

Follow these steps to track or trace your mail:
** Select the enquiry type: inward or outward.
** Select the mail service type: registered mail, parcel or EMS.
** Enter the item number.
** Click “submit” button for enquiry results.

M Bags :
This service can be used for sending printed matter items (e.g. Newspapers, periodicals, books, Qurans, etc.) to the same address. This means simply putting the items together in a mail sack and attaching an M-bag address label (Qatar Post will supply the bags and labels).

M-Bags cannot be used for ANY form of correspondence or personalized material (e.g. personal letters, statements, invoices etc.) or for mail containing any enclosures of commercial value.

The bags are sent direct and not opened until they reach the addressee destination, reducing sorting and handling costs and resulting in lower prices.

Money Transfer (IFS) :
Qatar Post offers International Money Remittance service on the International Financial System (IFS) platform of Universal Post Union (UPU).

At present the service is operational with Morocco Post (Poste Maroc), Tunisia Post (La Poste Tunisienne), Djibouti Post (La Poste de Djibouti) and Bangladesh Post. Qatar Post is striving to reach out into an agreement with many other countries to make remittance easy for the residents of Qatar.
