Q-Post Premium :

Q-Post provide the Q-Post Premium (QPP) service for organizations such as banks and companies and other different institutions in different sectors.

Q-Post distributes and delivers to the customer’s home or office as required by the customer, high valued items such as Credit/Debit/ATM/Club/Loyalty cards etc.

This is a highly personalized service, which entails multiple follow-ups with clients to ensure quick, safe and reliable delivery of articles. An online tracking facility is also offered to the clients, enabling them to check the status of delivery through the Internet. The sender will receive an email that confirms the delivery of items.

Conditions:
** Q-Post distributes and delivers to the customer’s home or office as required by the customer
** Customers can collect the cards from the general post office 6 days a week, on two shifts (morning and afternoon).
** Q-Post supplies the sender with sealable plastic bags for the documents
** Q-Post supplies the sender with the bar-code labels that enable them to be tracked.
** Q-Post drivers collect the items from the sender’s and take them to a secure office at the Q-Post main post office for security scanning against the manifest.
** For each document bag, Q-Post generates an Addressee Detail Sheet and action list.
** The sender supplies contact details of the addressee to whom the delivery must be made.
** Q-Post staff set about contacting them by phone to arrange delivery.
** Q-Post staff need to know which day the recipient will be available; whether the delivery can be made in the morning or afternoon; if it should be made to a house or office; on which street; if it is a multi-storey building, which floor.
** The named recipient need to provide identification in the form of a full driving license, valid ID card or current passport.
** The named recipient must sign for the item. If addressees prefer to collect the package themselves, they can do so at counter 18 of the General Post Office building. (ID is still required).
** If Q-Post has problems contacting the intended addressee by phone. If, after two days, no contact has been established, then a letter is placed in the addressees PO Box asking them to contact the QPP department.
