QPost Renew Public Health Card

The General Postal Corporation (Q-Post) provides a fast and efficient service for the public to renew health card with no extra fees.

The service is available at counter no.(16), the general Post office – West Bay in Doha.

To apply for health card for the first time, please provide the following documents:
** Application form
** Copy of passport /ID Card
** Two (2) passport size photographs
** Public Health Center Number (health file number)

To renew your Health Card, please provide the following documents:
** Copy of ID Card
** Old (expired) Public Health card
** One passport size photograph

Additional Information:
Q-Post will inform the customer by registered mail to his PO Box when the card is ready for collection, and you can receive notification by an SMS message or e-mail at a cost of QR. (1 ), payable at the time of submitting the application.

A fee of QR100 applies.
