The Qatar Philatelic Bureau produces annual albums archiving every stamp issued by Q-Post.

** Regular stamps
** Commemorative stamps
** Souvenir cards
** Envelopes on the first day of issue
** Postcards
** Other postal materials
Application Process:
Follow these steps to order stamps and collections from the bureau:
** Contact the bureau and request for an account application, brochure and order form.
** Complete the application.
** Submit application by mail or fax. The fax number is 44837777. The address is Philatelic Bureau, P.O. Box 24433. Doha, Qatar.
** Mail an initial payment of at least QR50 by cash or check.
** Select items for order.
Orders will be sent to the address of the account holder.
Additional Information:
The subscriber must maintain an account balance in excess of the cost of the order. An account will be sent to the subscriber after every order or money transfer stating the new balance. All orders must include the subscriber’s account number.
