I pledge to place index’s and catalog data, number and date of the depository as specified on the back of the work’s title page.

I shall deposit three copies of the work for depositing purposes upon printing completion free of charge. Depositing shall take place before offering the work for sale or distribution in the Kingdom. I shall also deposit an electronic copy for inner use of the department.
I, the applicant, confirm the accuracy of the data provided in this form and take on civil responsibility and legal liability in case proven fully or partially incorrect.
Documents needed to complete the procedure :
** Photocopy of publishing establishment registration certificate (New).
** Photocopy of publishing establishment authorized signatory representative delegation certificate (New).
** Photocopy of the contract duly signed between the publishing establishment and the author or attestation signed by the printing establishment as per the form prepared by the department.
Notes to complete the procedure :
** Application completion can be achieved by personally calling on the department building and signing the application.
** When the applicant is a publisher or printing establishment, the application needs to be stamped with the official stamp of the applicant.

Depositing shall take place before offering the work for sale or distribution in the Kingdom. The deposited copies shall be of the finest printed copies.

** Photocopy the periodical issuing license issued by the department of press and publications.
** A written authorization for the applicant signed by the concerned party (editor-in-chief/publisher) to acquire a depository number.
** Photocopy of the authorized signatory representative delegation issued by the ministry of industry and trade (New).
Notes to complete the procedure :
** Application completion can be achieved by personally calling on the department building and signing the application.
** When the applicant is a publisher or printing establishment, the application needs to be stamped with the official stamp of the applicant.
