Obligation Pledge :
I pledge to place the depository number as specified on a visible place of the work. I shall deposit two copies of the work for depositing purposes upon printing completion free of charge.

Depositing shall take place before offering the work for sale or distribution in the Kingdom. The deposited copies shall be identical with the work in all respects and of the finest printed copies. I shall also deposit an electronic copy for inner use of the department.
I, the applicant, confirm the accuracy of the data provided in this form and take on civil responsibility and legal liability in case proven fully or partially incorrect.

Documents needed to complete the procedure :
** Royal Jordanian Geographic Center approval for photography and maps.
** Photocopy of company registration certificate (New).
** Photocopy of producing company authorized signatory representative delegation certificate (New).
** A written authorization for the applicant signed by the authorized signatory representative.
** Photocopy of the contract duly signed between the producing company and the work owner if available.
** A copy of the work in progress.

Notes to complete the procedure :
** Application completion can be achieved by personally calling on the department building and signing the application.
** When the applicant is a publisher or printing establishment, the application needs to be stamped with the official stamp of the applicant.

** The software is licensed by the Jordanian audiovisual commission.
** Photocopy of producing company registration certificate (New).
** Photocopy of producing company authorized signatory representative delegation certificate (New).
** Photocopy of the contract duly signed between the producing company and the software developer.
** A written authorization for the applicant signed by the authorized signatory representative.
** A copy of the software for storage.
