To lift and cancel the effect on the plot, which became a suitable for the reconstruction and exploitation.

Who can request this service:
All owners of various uses land plots in The Sultanate
Steps to follow to request the service:
A. Process Steps:
Upon submission of the application, it will be forwarded to Muscat Planning Department for review and thereafter it will be approved by the concerned parties, forwarded to The Survey Department to prepare cadastral sketch as approved.
The procedures at the Survey Department will be as follows :
** The Engineering drafting department to prepare the survey sketch as approved. The duration will take from one day to two weeks as per the workload
** The technical Review Department to review the coordinates and the subject transaction data , the duration takes one day only .
** The aerial mapping Department to layout the site on the general plans , the duration takes one day only.
** The survey plan is to be approved by the Director and forwarded to Muscat Planning Department for planning approval , then forward it to the Real Estate Registry to complete the other procedures
B. List all forms/applications that need to be completed to apply for the service:
The application form or letter from the concerned applicant
What documents are needed to process:
** Certified copy of the original ownership deed
** Copy of new survey drawing
** Copy of valid I.D card

The parcel ownership deed

Ownership fees 10 RO
Demarcation fees 5 RO
