The (ACC) will give a true copy of the original documents which it has already issued.

Required Documents :
It is necessary to present the original documents issued by the (ACC) and of which a true copy of original is required.

Procedures :
** Refer to the information desk to ascertain the documents required and obtain a turn number.
** Wait at the hall designated for the customers of the Members Services Department until your number is called upon through the electronic turn system.
** After receiving the application, the relevant employee will make a company of the document, and will then enter the service rendered into the computer after which the application will be ready for paying the fees.
** After paying the fees, the customer will be given the application stamped with the Chamber’s seal and signed by the chamber’s authorized signatory.

Estimated Fee :
Fees for each stamped copy will be collected as follows : 1. True copy of original Membership Certificate: – Merchant (Establishment/Company) with a capital of five thousand Dinars and more: Fees will be four Dinars. – Merchant (Establishment/Company) with a capital less than five thousand Dinars: Fees will be two Dinars. 2. True copy of original Certificate of Origin or endorsed Invoice: – Merchant (Establishment/Company) with a capital of five thousand Dinars: Fees will be four Dinars. – Merchant (Establishment/Company) with a capital less than five thousand Dinars: Fees will be two Dinars. – Individual (Not registered): Fees will be four Dinars. 3. True copy of original guarantee: – Merchant (Establishment/Company) with a capital of five thousand Dinars: Fees will be four Dinars. – Merchant (Establishment/Company) with a capital less than five thousand Dinars: Fees will be two Dinars. – Individual (Not registered): Fees will be four Dinars.

FAQs :
If additional branch of the company in another city be added is this branch will added to the Amman Chamber of Commerce or the Chamber of Commerce in the same city ?
In this case the new branch in the different city (not Amman ) should be add to chamber of commerce in the same city .

Is it permissible to registration of non-profit companies in the Chamber of Commerce to get a certificate of origin?
** Non- profit companies cannot register in the chamber of commerce but the can apply an official letter to the manger and get his approval

Is it possible to cancel the participation in the chamber of commerce and remain the commercial registration active in the ministry of industry and trade and where can I cancel the participation ?
** It is not allowed to cancel the registration in chamber of commerce without cancel the registration in the ministry of industry and trade the participation unit of the Member Services Department in Amman Chamber of Commerce in Shmeisani / against Arab Bank.

Is the chamber of commerce certify the signature for the letters from the institutions?
Yes, By applying the documents and the letters from the institutions and company who are registered in chamber commerce by the authorized person in administrative matters it should match with the contents when the company participate and the company should paid for all fees
