Request Flight Clearance :
Clearing requests for landing at Omani airports and/or overflying Oman aerospace.

Who can request this service:
** Scheduled airlines
** Private aircraft operator
** other operators
Steps to follow to request the service:
** Operators should submit flight/s requesting (landing/overflying),
** Providing all information as per AIP
** Concern department will require go through it to make sure all information is provided and safety issues are adhered to
** Coordination with handling agent with regard to flight timing
** Clearance is issued and sent to operator.
What documents are needed to process:
Operator should provide all information required as indicated in (AIP)- Aeronautical Information Publication
Special conditions if any applicable:
Submit request as per information indicated in AIP including time frame requested.
How the service is processed:
Clearance are usually issued on a FCFs basis depending on completion of the request and send by Email, Fax, Normal post And AFTN
How long will it take:
** Scheduled operator should submit request 3 months before intended days of open. Clearance is granted at least one month before operation.
** Charter and other operators should submit request at least three days before operation and clearance is issued on the same day if all information is provided.
License for goods/passengers transport activity practice :
Service aims to give transportation companies license for goods ⁄passengers transport activity practice

1- Application letter
2- Company registration (CR) and Membership certificate
3- Book a commercial title from Ministry of Trade and Industry
