Subdivision of land lying outside municipal :
Required Documents
** Up-to-date zoning site plan.
** Title of Registration.
** Up-to-date plat.

Procedures :
** Application is filed at CRO in the particular region, then referred to the Acquisition Dept.
** Once reviewed by the staff of the Acquisition Dept., application is referred to the divisions of Studies and Land Subdivision at the Zoning Dept.
** After review at Land Subdivision, application is referred to Zoning Section, Director of the Dept. then to the regional office.
** Site inspection is conducted to ensure that the land is free of any structures. Application is referred back to the Zoning Dept.
** Application is referred to the District Committee for a decision.
** Once approval is granted and all due fees and charges are collected, a letter is addressed to the Director of Land Registration at Lands and Survey Dept. for completing the process.

** Application is filed at CRO in Municipality headquarters then referred to the Buildings Dept.
** Application is signed by Director of Buildings Dept. then referred to the regional office.
** Application is listed and referred to Buildings clerk for setting up a date for site inspection.
** Site inspection is conducted, a report of which is sent to head of the Engineering branch.
** Once reviewed, application is referred to Director of regional office for his signature.
** Application is referred to Director of Buildings Dept.
** Application is signed and referred to head of Buildings Division.
** Application, along with the recommendations made by head of Buildings Div., is referred back to Director of Buildings Dept.
** After review, application is referred to the Mayor’s office.
** Approval by the Mayor.
** Official Letters signed by Assistant Chief of Staff for Planning Affairs addressed to the Electric Company and Water Authority are issued to applicant.
Connecting utilities to tenants leasing Municipality property :
Procedures :
** Application is filed at CRO then referred to the clerk of P&I Dept.
** An official letter requesting connection of utilities is issued and referred to the Director of the Dept.
** Letter is signed and referred to the Central Bureau Dept.
** Letter is assigned a numerical designation, and a copy of which is handed to applicant.
