Providing the service of granting license to open a company :
Required Documents :
** Official written request of the company applying for the license
** A copy of the license granted by the Ministry to the company

** Service application form duly filled
** National ID card with a degree of not less than public secondary school certificate for the branch manager.
** Ownership deed or certified lease contract of the branch office to be licensed, provided that the office area is not less than (50) square meters and is equipped with telephone, fax and the title sign.
Procedures :
** The company administrator must obtain and fill out the service request and submit it to the Bureau of Public Service after he presents a review card.
** Record application in the bureau of the ministry, request is then transmitted with all the documents to the Directorate of Road Freight Transport.
** Check the application and documents transmitted to the specialized authority in the Directorate for the applicant to make an appointment for physical inspection and instruct the applicant to pay the fee of the inspection.
** The specialized authority will consider the application and make sure of the validity of the data and documents including the inspection of the location of the branch to be licensed.
** Approval on the branch is granted by the minister or his authorized representative, upon the recommendation of the specialized authority and fits the company’s branch on the license.
** The service applicant visits the Directorate of companies licensing in the specified period to pay licensing fees and receive the license card after presenting the visit card.

1. Fifty (50) JOD fees of Branch licensing fee for the first time 2. Thirty (30) JOD for the physical inspection 3. Two hundred (200) piaster inward stamps
