New ISDN BRA Line Subscription Process :

ISDN stands for Integrated Service Digital Network and provides new functions and services on a telephone line.
ISDN is a digital telephone line that allows you to integrate telecommunication services e.g. speech, facsimile, video, telephony, Internet Access, data and image transfer on a single telephone line.

ISDN allows you to make/receive two simultaneous communications, on two different channels.
Each communication channel has a speed of 64kbit/s. . Connection of up to 8 terminals (telephones, fax machines, modems, etc. ) on one ISDN (BRA) line.
MSN (Multiple Subscriber Number) feature allows you to associate one number to each terminal connected to the ISDN BRA line.
CLIP feature and one MSN number are available for free with an ISDN line.

Applications:
Digital Bandwidth-On-Demand Service
Fast data/file transfer: You can transfer files from one computer to another more quickly, cheaper and more securely than through analogue modems, magnetic tape or messengers.
Video-conferencing: Video conference also offers simultaneous transmission of high volumes of information, such as data/voice/image transfer, on a dial-up basis through the public network.
High-speed Internet access
ISDN provides a fast and secure Internet connection that reduces cost of on-line time because of faster download of files.

Connection Fee -75,000 LL
Deposit Fee – 200,000 LL
TVA – 8,000 LL
Fiscal Stamp – 2,000 LL
Total – 285,000 LL
Monthly Charges – 25,000 LL
ISP’s 4-digit numbers Usage Fee – Flat Rates

Regular Usage Fee :
From 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM 49 LL/min/channel
From 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM 28 LL/min/channel

Note:
The CLIP feature is provided for free with the ISDN BRA line. .
One MSN (Multiple Subscriber Number) is provided for free with the ISDN BRA line.
Usage Fee applies to each communication channel being used.
The offer does not include the provisioning of the ISDN terminal modem at the customer premises.

Upgrade from Regular Line to ISDN BRA Line:
Connection Fee – 50,000 LL
Deposit Fee – 195,000 LL
TVA – 5,000 LL
Fiscal Stamp – 2,000 LL
Total – 252,000 LL

Subscription Process:
OGERO Corporate Sales Team or the OGERO Sales Offices representatives guides you through the application process.
Request for an application from our Corporate Sales Team or from your local Sales Office.
Our team will perform a technical and administration evaluation to ensure feasibility of your connection.
Once technical feasibility is established, you may pay ( Bank Domiciliation) for the installation fees at the designated Sales Office.
The OGERO appropriate entities install and activate the ISDN line.
The ISDN line billing is triggered (quarterly invoice as for the regular line).

To dial an international number you may do the following:
From a Regular Line: Dial 100 and ask the operator to patch to your international number.
From an international line: Dial 00 then destination country code then the number in the country and city you are contacting
