Call Barring allows you to prevent any incoming or outgoing call in various situations in order to control your expenses, especially when roaming.

How does it work?:
By subscribing to this service, you can benefit from all the following possibilities of Call Barring:
** Barring of All Outgoing Calls: Prevents all outgoing calls.To activate this option press * 33 * 0000 # Yes
** Barring of All Incoming Calls: Prevents all incoming calls.To activate this option press * 35 * 0000 # Yes
** Barring of Outgoing International Calls: Prevents all outgoing international calls even if you are entitled to make international calls. You can only dial national calls.To activate this option press * 331*0000 # Yes
** Barring of All Incoming Calls when roaming: Prevents all incoming calls when roaming. If you are a foreigner using the roaming option, you will not receive any calls on your line.To activate this option press * 351*0000 # Yes
** Barring of Outgoing International Calls except those to Home country: Prevents all outgoing international calls except those to your home country. This is only applicable when you are roaming on a network other than your own.To activate this option press *332*0000# Yes
** Deactivation codes

Mobile Internet Solutions :
1. If the error “Hardware failure in the modem” appears on the pc/laptop, do the following :
Please disconnect both pc/laptop and mobile from any connection type, restart pc/laptop and mobile, and reinstall the settings after deleting the existing ones. This error indicates that the modem installed is not connecting properly to the pc/laptop.

2. If the error “there was no dial tone” appears on the pc/laptop, do the following :
Please check that the modem selected to dial is the right modem for the mobile connected. This error indicates that the modem used cannot find a tone (DTMF) signal to connect to.

3. If the error “Subscribe to Mobile Internet first” appears on the pc/laptop, do the following :
This error indicates that you are not subscribed yet to the Mobile Internet service. Please call our helpline 111. our Customer Service Representatives will be pleased to assist you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

4. If the error “Authentication Failed or the remote computer did not respond” appears on the pc/laptop, do the following :
Please check the APN, username and password on the pc/ laptop and check AT command (AT+CGDCONT=1,”ip”,”internet.mic1.com.lb”). Moreover, check the APN (internet.mic1.com.lb) on the mobile connection.

5. If the error “The server did not assign an address” appears on the pc/laptop, do the following :
Please delete the account on the mobile and pc/laptop and reconfigure them again. In case the connection type is “cable”, please make sure to use “modem” type and not “pc sync type” when the cable is connected to the phone.
