This service allows you to control the clearance of your number at each call: you can thus decide whether you want your number to show or not.

How does SOCLIR work?:
To activate SOCLIR at each call, refer to the user’s guide of your mobile phone or activate manually by pressing: * 31 # the number called .
There are two types of subscriptions to this service:
When using SOCLIR 1, your telephone number is never displayed on the mobile phone screen of your correspondent. This is set by default. Should you wish your number to appear from time to time, please refer to your mobile phone user’s guide or activate it manually for each call by dialing: *31# the number you are calling
SOCLIR 2, displays your telephone number by default. To refrain your telephone number from appearing, just activate it manually for each call, by dialing: #31# the number you are calling
Note
You can only activate SOCLIR for one call. If you wish to show your number during the next call you have to activate SOCLIR again. Some mobile phones do not propose the SOCLIR option.
How much does SOCLIR cost?:
$10 per month (VAT Excluded).

What is SMS?
SMS enables you to send and receive written messages on your mobile phone screen. All Alfa subscribers can have the SMS service enabled, which is not the case with other operators throughout the world.
Through SMS you can send messages abroad even if you have not chosen the international call option on your mobile phone and just pay the rate you pay for international messages.
However, your correspondent abroad must be on a network having signed a roaming agreement with Alfa and having access on his network to SMS.
What is CLIP Alert?
When you are not within reach or your mobile phone is switched off, CLIP Alert allows you to identify the calls you have missed.
Once within reach, you will receive written SMS messages showing you all the telephone numbers of the people who tried to reach you, as well as the date and time of their calls.
