How to Subscribe?:
The Midline $60 offer is available at any alfa store or at any of our distributors.

New Subscribers:
To Subscribe to Midline $60, all you have to do is sign a contract, present a form of identification, pay the one-time connection fee of $ 50 (VAT excluded).

Current Subscribers:
Existing alfa Postpaid subscribers can change to Midline $60 to be their new plan by calling 111.

Benefits:
Monthly Subscription $ 60 / month
Allocated Local Minutes 550
Allocated Local SMS 55

Extra rates:
alfa to alfa $ 0.16 / minute
alfa to another local mobile or fixed number $ 0.16 / minute + LBP 10 / minute
Local SMS $ 0.15 / SMS

** International SMS rate $ 0.18 / SMS
** Check the Roaming rates for alfa Midline$60

Payment methods:
Postpaid subscribers can settle their bill through any of the below methods:
** BoB Finance, CashUnited, LibanPost & Online Money Transfer s.a.l (OMT)
** Bank domiciliation (An official bank statement is required)
** Jibayat
** Postpaid Online Payment (for customers holding cards issued by a Lebanese bank)
** Payment by Cheque (only accepted in alfa Store Beirut)
** Payment by Credit Card (available in all alfa stores with no additional fee)
** Payment at our authorized dealers

How to change your plan?:
To change your plan to Midline $35 or alfa Postpaid, kindly call 111.

Important To Know:
** For billing inquiry:

Send “Bill” to 114
** The allocated minutes and SMS will be renewed on your bill cycle date and your remaining minutes / SMS, if any, will be depleted.
** MIDLINE $60 is not accessible to twin card subscribers.
** International & roaming calls and SMS are not included in the bundle and are charged as per the normal rates

Required Documents:
For the Lebanese Resident:
** ID or Valid passport or Military Service Card or Army Reserve Card or a statement from the military .
** Proof of Residence (Residence Certificate stamped by the mayor not older than 3 months, or Water, PSTN or electricity bill issued in your name, or a house lease contract, house property deed in your name)
** Deposit: $100 deposit when migrating the line from prepaid to postpaid and $50 when purchasing a new postpaid line

For the Foreign Resident:
** Valid Passport or Personal Identity Card or Residence Permit
** Deposit of $100 in case of line migration or $50 Deposit in case of new postpaid line.
** Proof of Residence or Letter of guarantee or deposit of $250 per line or Residence Certificate stamped by the mayor or Water, PSTN or electricity bill issued in the name of the customer or House lease contract, house property deed.

N.B: If you have a residence permit, there will be no need for any Proof of Residence or its equivalent.
** Payment method automatic direct debit at the bank is obligatory.

For the Foreign Non-Resident:
** Valid Passport or Personal Identity Card
** Deposit: 250$ (deposit or as a letter of guarantee) per line
** Payment method is obligatory through automatic direct debit at the bank

N.B: Your direct debit document should be signed by you and sealed by the bank If you have more than 5 lines, you must bring a letter of guarantee or a deposit of $250
