Eligibility:
All Bank of Beirut customers are considered eligible candidates that can benefit from this program.
The “SAFE Home” coverage:
Cover A:
** Damages caused to the insured property (building and contents) due to fire, explosion, lightning or impact of vehicle
** Third party liability and neighbors’ recourse in the vent of fire or explosion
Cover B (optional):
Damages caused to the insured property (building and contents) due to earthquake, storm or tempest
Advantages:
** Flexible monthly premiums, automatically deducted from your bank account
** Easy and prompt administrative procedures
** Immediate policy issuance and automatic monthly renewal
Conditions:
** The insured property should be for residential purposes only
** The insured property should be completely built and ready for occupancy

How do I change my Bank of Beirut Online / Mobile Banking password?
To change your Online / Mobile Banking password, either log on to your online banking account and go to Home –> User Profile and change your password, or log on through the iMobile banking app and go to Menu –> Change Password and conduct the necessary changes.
Can I get a prepaid card from Bank of Beirut?
Due to Banque du Liban regulations, prepaid cards are no longer available at any Lebanese bank. However, you may instead request our Skip Internet Debit Card.
How do I deactivate my credit/debit card?
** In case of lost, stolen, captured or suspicious card, you may reach out to our Contact Center, by calling
** 1262 if you are a Lebanese resident
** +961 5 955 262 if you live abroad.
** In case of normal card deactivation, you must visit your branch, deliver the card to be deactivated and request its deactivation accordingly.
How does my credit / debit card PIN code work?
** PIN Codes are there for you to conduct safe transactions over our ATMs and Points of Sale.
** If you are using a Debit Card, you will be asked to introduce your PIN code over both ATMs and Points of Sale.
** If you are using a Credit Card, you will be asked to introduce your PIN code over ATMs only.
What should I do if I suspect an unknown or unauthorized transaction on my account / card?
If you notice a transaction on your account / card that you didn’t make, immediately call your home branch or our Contact Center on 1262 if you are residing in Lebanon, or +961 5 955 262 if you are residing outside Lebanon, in order for us to temporarily block your account / card, conduct the appropriate investigation and take the correct resolution measures.
