In collaboration with the General Institute of Housing, BankMed housing loan is the best solution to people willing to finance the purchase, construction, or renovation of a property.

** Loan duration from 5 to 15 years followed by a similar period at GIH
** No mortgage, registration or stamps fees.

** Does not own any other property within a distance of 25 kms from work location
** Property area up to 200 disc meters and the cost of the property is maximum L.L.525,000

Minimum Down Payment:

Under Construction 30%
Grace period = minimum 6 months, maximum 48 months depending on construction period.
Interest Rate = 40% of 1Yr T-Bills rate + up to 3,3%
Debt Burden = Not to exceed 33% of monthly salary for employed
Not to exceed 25% of monthly income for professional and self-employed
Appraisal Fees = USD 200 or equivalent
