** A special lease contract form should be completed and signed by the customer with a copy of the Civil ID

** Lessee may deputize another person to open the box on his/her behalf subject to the attorney signing the authorization form and providing a copy of his/her Civil ID card.

** A record is kept to show customer’s or his deputy’s visits to open the safe box.

What are the required documents to apply for a loan if I am (non-CBK Client)?
** Salary Certificate.
** Six Months account statement.
** Liability letter.
** Civil ID and work ID (for employees of Ministry of Defense, Interior and Oil sector)
** Copy of passport (for Non Kuwaitis).

** Continuation of Salary letter.

What is the daily withdrawal limit on my CBK card?
CBK cardholders have the ability to withdraw cash amounts up to KD1, 000/- daily & usage on POS up to KD10, 000/- also daily.

What is Starlink plus?
This facility will allow the Starlink card holder who his/her salary is transferred to the bank getting amount up to 50% of the salary in advance through CBK ATM machine and POSs.

Can I withdraw cash on my credit card?
Yes, you are authorized to withdraw cash with your credit card, however this is subject to a Cash advances fees at a rate of 5%.

Can I use my Starlink (ATM) card outside Kuwait?
CBK StarLink/ATM card can be used all over the world on any ATM carrying any of following logos Visa- Master.
